The level of racists terror of the Mariupol is breaking all Nazi records

Verletzung der Menschenrechte durch Kriegsführung

To date, according to the city hall, confirmed data on 33 thousand citizens who were forcibly deported to Russia and the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region.

At the same time, the media of the aggressor country, citing sources in the military departments of the Russian Federation, report on more than 700,000 people deported to Russia by the occupiers, of whom more than 131,000 are children.  134,000 people were deported from Mariupol during the war.

In the occupied parts of the city, a brutal sweep of civilians is underway, which is being carried out with the assistance of local collaborators, who are transmitting data of Mariupol residents from among government officials and law enforcement agencies to the occupiers.

Witnesses report that racist guardsmen and “kadyrov” units are making illegal arrests, torturing detainees and executing them for any pro-Ukrainian stance.

Some citizens go to filtration camps, now there are about 10 thousand people.  Procedures are slow, because the enemy is interested in covering their positions with manpower - peaceful Mariupol citizens.

Mass shelling of the remains of residential neighborhoods continues unabated, and fires continue in the city.

The actions of the racist army in Mariupol are an act of genocide of the Ukrainian people in accordance with the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide and Article 6 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during Russia's Military Invasion of Ukraine and the expert mission set up by the OSCE participating States under the Moscow Mechanism to take into account these crimes of genocide and war crimes in Ukraine.
